New Tourism mobile APP

The department of tourism of the city of Guadalajara offers visitors and citizens a mobile application with the aim of providing a thorough understanding of Guadalajara tourism services.

With this application, visitors and citizens could:

• Get a detailed description of the various tourist services ( accommodation, shops , restaurants , etcetera) with access to all information of use to the visitor: address, telephone, e- mail address , website, etcetera.
• Geoposition of monuments and tourist services with directions to get to each of them through integration with Google Maps.
• Display monuments and tourist services in an Augmented Reality space, with access to information from each of them, through integration with Wikitude.
• Get information on cultural events taking place in Guadalajara, with the possibility of incorporating the user's personal calendar.
• Discover experiences, a guide to the best tourist routes so that visitors will not miss anything.
• Check all the information of interest and useful for visitors.
• Be able to search, mark items as favorites and share information with other applications and services.
• Be informed whenever there are new data available in the application, by using notifications.
